Now FCP X has the audio AFF export. So, can I export with handles? Can't find anything online or here.

No, FCPX does not have an AFF export option. You have to export XML, then use an app called X2Pro to convert it to AFF.
There actually is an AFF export option in the latest version of FCP X. I know! I didn't believe my eyes when I saw it myself. So, maybe you know how to add handles in another application and I could try that?

AIFF has always been there in every version of FCPX. No, you can't do handles.
