Background noise saying loading complete

By chance, do you use, Webroot SecureAnywhere (anti virus/malware for OS X)? I shut down this application and I think this stopped the "Loading Complete" lady.

After a quiet hour I heard no more "Loading Complete". I have restarted Webroot but the voice did not come back. Perhaps Webroot has to get into a certain state before the voice comes back.

I figured it out ... i know how annoying it is.... but i discovered that if you are using google chrome and you have installed "Magic Action for youtube" plug-in... it automatically plays that voice when a video finishes loading... you can disable that voice from the "Magic Action For Youtube' setting page ..
