i have iphone 5C that i buy few days ago,i restore the iphone but after the restore its failed to start i try new sim and i didnt try to hack it.

he gives me these words-your iphone could not be activated because the activation server cannot be reached.try connecting your iphone itunes to activate it,or try again in a couple of minutes.
