Hi,
We are currently managaing various ipads using Apple Configurator. Even thought they are managed, we were able to plug an ipad in to PC with Windows 7 and as long as the “Trust” option came up on the ipad, we were able to save photos etc from the ipad to thePC via USB cable.
For some reason, now when we plug the ipad in, the “Trust”option no longer appears on the iPad screen and if we go into Device Manager, the iPad is showing but the folder is empty when we double click it, even though there are photos/videos on the ipad.iPad
Have tried various PC’s, installed latest version of iTunesbut no luck opening and viewing the contents.
Any help is much appreciate
