Q: Updating iPad 2 iOs in iTunes
When I try to update the iOs on the iPad 2 within iTunes I get the message that I should first transfer purchased items on my iPad to my iTunes library. How do I do this? I have already synced via USB.

Doesn't the pop up window have that option in it? You should just be able to click on Transfer Purchashes in that dialog box that appears - or the window that should be appearing. It is really simple. Take a look here.
- Connect your device to the computer. Wait for its icon to appear in iTunes.
- Go to File > Devices.
If you're using iTunes for Windows and can't see the menu bar, learn how to turn on iTunes menus in Windows. - Choose Transfer Purchases from [device name].
