why do I get this message when attempting to reset my security questions?
Why do I get this message when attempting to reset my security questions? "The security information you’re trying to reset is not associated with the Apple ID provided."
I am trying to help my son fix his set up but I keep getting the error message after I do the following:
- I so all the steps to reset security questions.
- The I go to the email I received and click the link
- I put in my son's Apple ID and Password in correctly and then I get the error message in RED under the login section....
WHY IS THIS HAPPENING?!?!
