Scam Email again?

Dear All

Look at what I got from email supposed to be from Itune. Due to typo in Jastin Bieber name, the fact it is in German, that it tells about visa credit card what I do not have, and the fact that I have never placed such an order... I suspect it is scam. Could you please confirm? Any of you already got such one these last days?
