Q: How do I join family sharing with an ipod nano on a pc laptop

I am have a problem joining family sharing from my pc laptop. I try to open up the invitation in the email and it tells me that I have to get on to my apple device, which is my ipod nano. How can I fix that so I can join family sharing?
