I have added a Dvorak keyboard and when I remove the qwerty keyboard the Dvorak is great, except I can't login to my computer using Dvorak. When I log out and switch off my computer the only way to get back in is to use Qwerty.
I have to keep the Qwerty keyboard on hand to login, then switch to the Dvorak for general use.
Any solutions please?

You can select one of the available keyboard layouts in the login screen by choosing from the flag menu in the upper right corner, if it's showing, or else cycle through them by pressing the key combination command-space or command-option-space.

Thank you for your suggestion, which I have tried to use.
Unfortunately, so far it has no effect when I'm in the log on screen. The toggle works well when the computer is logged on so there doesn't seem to be any problem with the principle.
However I can't see any way at present to use the Dvorak keyboard to log on. I always have to use the other keyboard in Qwerty. I have tried disabling the other keyboard in case it was over riding the Dvorak one but I have to re connect every time to log on.
Any comments please?

Changing the input source while logged in has no effect on the login screen. You have to change it while the login screen is active.

It is not safe to show your email address on open forums, so the hosts will most likely remove it.
