The password reset email is not being sent.
I checked the junk mail etc and then checked the server. The password reset email is not even making it to the server.

I am getting mail to that email account but nothing from Apple. It's not in a junk mail folder in Outlook but it's also not even reaching the mail server (before hitting Outlook). Any other suggestions?

Hi Mike,
If you have tried steps 1 through 4 in the support article I sent you (If you didn't receive your verification or reset email - Apple Support), then it is time to go on to step 5 and contact Apple Support.
