I have some instruction video that I purchased and downloaded to my Mac (not from iTunes). I now have an iPad and I would like to view them. Can I now save thm on the cloud?

You can try importing them to your Mac iTunes, then sync with your iPad.
Your profiile suggests your Mac has v10.6.7 installed.

Your Mac must be running v10.10 Yosemite at the minimum.
Your iPad must have version 8.3 installed.
