iTunes problem (please help ASAP)

Hi I am getting a new iPhone tomorrow and I went to go plug in my iPhone 6+ into iTunes and it only gives me the option to Set up as new iPhone or Restore from last backup and my last backup was in 2014. I was just wondering how I could back up my iPhone without doing either of these options. Thank you.
