unauthorized charges from APL ITunes 866-712-7753 CA

Please add my bill from APL*ITUNES.COM/BILL 866-712-7753 CA, to the amount of $32.04.

This same phone number from CA charged $350 to my credit card account last month. I have made a police report with Sandy Police Department, and also with my bank. But I was truly surprised to see this coming from ITunes.

I also had charge of 19.99 from the same telephone number, but if you go to the iTunes account and billing list, it gives you more detailed explanation. My charge is from Fling.com. I had membership with them, but they continue billing even after the service was canceled. So if you had Fling.com or any possibly similar monthly membership, or if you still have it, this is where your charges are coming from.

*IS A SCAM*

I recently was charged on my account for iTunes , and our iPhones have not been on for over a month, so when I got a charge on my account this past week- it prompted me to look into it further. Turns out we have been getting charged for over a year or at least that is how far back the system would allow me to go to see the charges all from that same phone #.866-712-7753 When I called it they said they are a merchant for TURBO tax. I don't even use Turbo tax!
When I called iTunes and Apple they had no purchase history. Of course not! We never buy or download anything from iTunes. we merely got the account for the iCloud for our phones we were told we had to have when we purchased our phones.
After speaking to Customer support with iTunes/Apple to have this investigated and refund my money of $397.00 I had to cancel my bank card.

In this I also incurred $646.00 in NSF fees over the past year. My bank now is refunding to me. I lodged my complaint with Apple and iTunes.

I'm surprised there hasn't been a Class Action suit filed about this.

I not only canceled my bank card I also closed that account and reopened a different account. Anyone else who has had this happen I advise to do the same thing.

Today my debit card was declined for my groceries. I had a balance of $94.17. When I got in my truck and called to check my balance and last 5 transactions, it quoted a new balance of $43.55 and also informed me of a $38.98 Apple iTunes purchase!!!!! For someone on a fixed income thats is my complete grocery money for the week!! I also have never purchased over 3 songs a month, with the highest price being under $1.29 per song. I immediately called customer support number on back of my debit card and was informed they would send a dispute of charge to Apple. Then they immediately cancelled my card and number informing me it would take no less than 10 days to receive my new card in the mail and it could take up to 30 days for Apple to apply the disputed amount into my account ( if they even return my money at all, which I was informed they usually don't ) also my remaining balance of $43.55 won't be added onto my new card until I receive it in the mail and call to activate it!!!! So not only am I out the $38.98 purchase I did NOT make (for up to 30 days) but also am out my remaining balance of $43.55 for at least 10 days!! So my question is who should I contact at Apple to get the fastest response possible so I can get groceries this week if at all possible???
