Simple question. How do I completely delete my iCloud photo library? I no longer wish to use the service. Using Mac or IOS to delete is not possible as those devices are already disconnected from iCloud photos and will NOT be reconnected.

If your devices are no longer connected to the iCloud photo library in the cloud, then you can delete photos in the library in the cloud from iCloud.com through a web browser.
I have a similar question, turned off library on every device and delete every photo. but at icloud.com there are still photos and a error apears when i try to delete them.
