can't connect to my account, like if i didn't do anything

when i connect my device to my itunes account, it goes like if i didn't do anything and i can't connect my device to my account, so i can't download anything. Help please

You can find the devices associated with your Apple ID in iTunes using your Mac or PC:

Click to open your account in iTunes, or use these steps:

  • Open iTunes, select Store - Sign In, after that enter your Apple ID and password.
  • Click Store - View Account.
  • Select Manage Devices in the iTunes in the Cloud section.

Next to each device, you will be able to see when it was associated with your Apple ID.
