My work mailbox just disappeared when reading my email. My iPhone runs iOS8.3 - I've restarted my iPhone many times but the mailbox doesn't appear. Would appreciate your help to resolve this. Thank you.

Are you talking about the "Mail" App it self?
or the
Email inbox for your work account?
If its the Inbox
Add an email account on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
If the "Mail" app it self disappeared, reset the home screen layout
Setting > General
Reset
Reset Home screen Layout.

There is iCloud default mailbox and my work mailbox. My work mailbox just disappeared when I was reading my work email. I can't find it anymore.
