Hii didn't received the update fo ios 8 on my 4s

Probably because it's a 4, not a 4S.
If you go to Settings | General | Software Update and it shows that you are up to date then you have an iPhone 4. If you have an iPhone 4s then you should see the option to upgrade to iOS 8
