i have an iphone 6 running ios 8.3. if i backup my device using itunes will all my music and videos be backed up. and will the data from 3rd party apps also get backed up like music and videos from xender and shareit

Music is not part of the backup at all. Photos and videos in the camera roll are. In app data may be. That's at the discretion of the app developers.

Ask the shareit developers. iTunes can only handle content from the standard apps that come with iOS. For music it gives you several alternatives for syncing the content in the phone with that in the iTunes music library in the computer.
