Q: Trying to export photos to flashdrive from Photo

How to transfer photos from Photo to a flash drive. Tried several times to export to a Sandisk 1 gig flash drive but didn't work. Help.

export the photos to a desktop folder and then drag that oder to the flash drive in the finder

Flash drives are usually formatted on one of the FAT formats, and that means they have a limit on the number of items at the top level of the drive. So, it may refuse - say - 300 photos exported to it. But a folder containing 300 files is only one item at the top level of the disk...

It does not - any folder will work - but usually it makes sense to simply create a new empty one named as you want it
