how to change apple id in app store to conduct updates

I can't figure out how to change the apple id in the app store. I sign in with my id, but when I go to do an update it has someone else's id in the box and won't let me click to change it. Thank you!

Mac Pro, OS X Yosemite (10.10)

- Apps are locked to the account that purchased them.

- To update apps you have to sign into the account that purchased the apps. If you have apps that need updating purchased from more than one account you have to update them one at a time until the remaining apps were purchased from one account.

If you want to update those apps and can't access the account yo will have delete the app and purchjase it with your account.

I have this same problem.

My daughter has an iPhone 6s and I must have been installing apps for her using my Apple ID.

Now when updates become available, I have to logout of her account in the App Store, login as me, perform the updates, then log back into her for future apps.

If I delete an app and re-add it with her ID, will I lose all of the data associated with that app? I'd hate to have her game state lost.
