My office has about 30 Apple products, mostly MacBook Pro's. Every single person has the red light next to their IMAP account in Connection Doctor. However, they can still send and receive mail. BUT every now and then, for about 30 minutes, they can't do either. Our email provider is Kerio. When the email outages do happen the webmail service is always available, so the server isn't down.
