How much is a replacement for Beats Studio V2?

So I bought this pair of Beats Studio V2s back in February of 2014 and have been experiencing problems with the battlery as well has some cracking on the right plastic (by the ear cup). I know it's out-of-warranty and I'm not sure if a repair is possible so how much would a replacement cost?
