I'm trying to setup a bluetooth device, but the menu is giving me no option to set up a new device, and I can't get to the Bluetooth Setup assistant.

Hi, I'm trying to setup a bluetooth device, but on the bluetooth menu, it gives me no option to add a new device, it only says "send files to device, browse device files, open bluetooth settings." The device it has on there is an old mac desktop that no longer works, and it isn't the device I'm trying to setup. I can't get to setup assistant, and when I open bluetooth settings it still gives me no option to add a device.
