how to use 3 fingers to resize and move windows on yosemite

HI Guys

Just got the mac after a couple of years' hiatus. Seems some trackpad functionality has changed. Ive been all over the trackpad preferences to figure out how to configure resizing/moving windows using three fingers. Basically mimicking the action of clicking and holding the mouse.

Cant figure it out. Any ideas or help with be much appreciated. The OS is Yosemite on this one.
