I have 19Gb left of my 20Gb storage plan, and I want to downgrade, but the standard procedure not work.
On iOS, both iPhone and iPad, the "Done" button is greyed out. On the Mac, after asking for my password it asks for my password again, and this goes on indefinitely.
Using google I found many similar complaints, but no solutions.
