Q: iPhone 5 camera freezes and becomes pink on the side.

So my moms iPhone 5 has a problem with the camera, when she tries to snap a photo this happens. I don't know if this is a software or a hardware problem. I have tried to reset, restart her phone but it doesn't help. Anyone that knows what the problem is?

If mother is having an issue with poor image quality using her iPhone, I would suggest that you troubleshoot using the steps in this article -
