Q: NEW IP6 WON'T RESTORE LAST ICLOUD BACK UP FROM IP5 RELATES TO IOS VERSIONS (IP5 AT IOS8.3 VERSION

My new IP6 won't allow me to restore my last i cloud back up from my IP5. I think it states something about IOS versions but my IP5 is up to the latest version of IOS8.3.

It sounds like you are unable to restore your iPhone 6 from a backup requiring a newer version of iOS. Here are the steps that will help resolve that issue.
