IOS 8.3 on IPAD AIR 2 YouTube does not play

The latest version of YouTube does not play on my IPad Air 2 model MD788 B/A IOS 8.3

TRied to open it using Chrome, same like Safari

I Have no problems with the other Windows and IPad devices connected to the same wifi network
