If you are having an issue with being unable to play iTunes content on a computer because of authorization issues, I would suggest that you troubleshoot using the steps in this article -
Authorize your computer in iTunes - Apple Support
This article has further steps if needed -
If iTunes repeatedly prompts you to authorize your computer - Apple Support
Thanks for using Apple Support Communities.
Be well,

Jun 22, 2015 1:25 PM in response to Brett Lby USMCRet93,Thank you for the reply, but I've been to both of those sites, and have tried everything in them, to include deleting the "SC Info" file. Still unable to get some of my movies/shows to play. Examples of this would include the 3 "Matrix" movies which I purchased through ITunes.

Thank you for using Apple Support Communities. Due to the nature of the issue you described you may find more information by using another one of Apple's support resources - https://getsupport.apple.com/GetproductgroupList.action.

Jun 24, 2015 5:51 AM in response to USMCRet93by USMCRet93,★HelpfulThank you to all who have replied here. I have found the answer to my problem. It seems that I had two ITunes accounts, not just one like I thought. When I signed in with the second ITunes account I was able to authorize the laptop computer and then the remainder of my movies and TV shows were available on the laptop computer.
Richard
