ITunes won't play all movies/TV shows...

I have two computers, my primary desktop and a laptop. I have a large number of movies and TV shows I've purchased from ITunes over the years on the desktop computer. I have tried numerous ways of getting these movies and shows to play on my laptop computer (some will play, others won't) but I keep getting "This computer is not authorized to play ______________. Would you like to authorize it?" I have been to the FAQ page and tried all the "fixes" they have there, but I am still unable to get a number of my movies/shows to play. Does anyone have any suggestion(s) what I can try next???

If you are having an issue with being unable to play iTunes content on a computer because of authorization issues, I would suggest that you troubleshoot using the steps in this article -

Authorize your computer in iTunes - Apple Support

Thank you for the reply, but I've been to both of those sites, and have tried everything in them, to include deleting the "SC Info" file. Still unable to get some of my movies/shows to play. Examples of this would include the 3 "Matrix" movies which I purchased through ITunes.

Thank you to all who have replied here. I have found the answer to my problem. It seems that I had two ITunes accounts, not just one like I thought. When I signed in with the second ITunes account I was able to authorize the laptop computer and then the remainder of my movies and TV shows were available on the laptop computer.
