ITunes won't play all movies/TV shows...

I have two computers, my primary desktop and a laptop. I have a large number of movies and TV shows I've purchased from ITunes over the years on the desktop computer. I have tried numerous ways of getting these movies and shows to play on my laptop computer (some will play, others won't) but I keep getting "This computer is not authorized to play ______________. Would you like to authorize it?" I have been to the FAQ page and tried all the "fixes" they have there, but I am still unable to get a number of my movies/shows to play. Does anyone have any suggestion(s) what I can try next???

If you are having an issue with being unable to play iTunes content on a computer because of authorization issues, I would suggest that you troubleshoot using the steps in this article -
