i am using iphone from 1 year and when i updated my iphone,it showed me a different apple id and asked a apple id password??

The person who sold you this iPhone did not remove his

apple ID he should have turned off find my iPhone in settings

Before selling.

If you can contact him he can go to find my iPhone in his list of

Apple devices and remove iphone.

But if you cannot contact him you will not be able to use iphone.

Did he buy the iPhone new if he can take proof paperwork or bank stament& iPhone to

Apple Store they may help?

But if he cannot do this iPhone is useless .

Ask for some money back .
