If I understand correctly your iPad is disabled due to entering the passcode incorrectly multiple times. If you do not remember it, you will have to restore it, there's not really a way around that. This article goes over what options you have and how to restore it:
Forgot passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled
