Cannot connect to ITunes

I Am unable to connect to the iTunes store from my iPad. I have done all the troubleshooting suggestions I could find to include: verifying date and time, confirming wifi connection, fully updated system, etc. I can access it from my phone, just not my iPad. Any suggestions!

We don't know which troubleshooting suggestions that you were able to find unless you list every single one of them, so in the absence of the entire list, see if anything here helps.
