why is my apple id disabled

I can not update anything on my phone or download anything.!!! ive tried everything I know to do. someone please help me.

iPhone 5, iOS 8.1.3

Your Apple ID

1. Forgot Apple ID

2. Apple ID - Apple Support

3. Manage your Apple ID primary, rescue, alternate, and notification email addresses - Apple Support

Apple ID is Disabled - Apple Club

Apple ID- "This Apple ID has been disabled for security reasons" alert appears
