Q: BootCamp - Audio not playing to speakers connected to Belkin Thunderbolt Dock

I'm having an issue with audio not playing through speakers connected to a Belkin Thunderbolt dock when running Windows on my MacBook Pro. The audio is only playing through the MBP's speakers.

I installed Windows 7 on my MacBook Pro (2012) using Boot Camp. I'm running OS X Yosemite. Both OS X and Windows 7 are fully updated. I have a Belkin Thunderbolt dock connected to my MacBook Pro, and set of Klipsch Pro Media speakers connected to the Belkin dock. When booting up in Yosemite, the audio plays through the Kipsch speakers. The problem is when I boot up in Windows, audio will only play through the MBP's speakers. I cannot seem to get it to play through the dock to the Klipsch speakers.

Any suggestions?
