Q: Issue with my iPhone-6 while making phone calls

My iphone 6 is not playing any sound during phone call, but speaker do works. When I try to increase volume through volume button , it tries to modify the volume of headphones which is not connected to phone. Kindly help if any setting could have changed. (P.S. I use bluetooth headset & apple headphones)

Welcome to Apple Support Communities.

From what I gather, you can’t hear any sounds when making or receiving calls with your iPhone 6. The article below provides a lot of great information and troubleshooting suggestions that resolve sound related issues on iOS devices, like the one that you've described.
