Q: problems using Motorola HF850 with my iphone 4s

From what I gather, there's an issue hearing ringtones for incoming calls when your iPhone 4s is paired with your bluetooth car kit. The article linked below provides a lot of great information and troubleshooting tips which may resolve the ringtone issue.

Jun 22, 2015 3:45 PMby bbc0,You response did not help in any way. The link that you directed me to was in my case useless. The HF850 Motorola car kit is not connected in any way to my car radio. It is a standalone unit connected to my iphone 4s using bluetooth. The bluetooth connection seems to turn off the ringer in my phone, but the vibration still works
