Q: Help with iPad Air 2 sound issue

Hello there!

It sounds like you arent able to get any sound from either the built in speaker, or a set of headphones when they are plugged in. I would recommend you use the troubleshooting in the following article, even though it says it is for iPhone the steps are relevant for the iPad as well. Step 2 isn't relevant for you so you can skip that one.
