Jun 21, 2015 8:52 AM in response to chiragvoraby julz272,Exact same problem here, only difference is that I have a MacBook Pro and also the fans are running very loud the whole time, which is quite annoying.
Have you found a way to quit the process or have you found another solution?

Jun 21, 2015 9:06 AM in response to julz272by chiragvora,Got a solution. I switched off my device and started again. Then I went to guest mode and then shut down my device and started again. I got an option to install Yosemite again. So I did that. It took around 90 minutes. But then afterwards everything back to normal. Now I am getting 10+ hrs battery life.
So problem is solved.

Jun 21, 2015 9:49 AM in response to chiragvoraby Allan Jones,I used apps of Dr. Cleaner, Clean My App 3, but I don't see any improvement in battery life.
Things like that can hurt battery runtime ("life" is how many years before the battery becomes useless and requires replacing) especially if, like CMM, they run in the background. Switchers from Windows seem brow-beaten into believing that you must install steaming piles of third-party utilities in order for any computer to work. Your Mac can take good care of itself without that dreck as long as you watch where you surf.
"Cleaning apps" are a leading cause of poor Mac performance. They do nothing that the Mac OS does for itself automatically. They are very close to scamware.
If the problem comes back, see this Apple article on things that affect battery runtime:

Jun 21, 2015 2:32 PM in response to chiragvoraby xandercb,The problem is an update that hp released. The fix is going to the printers you have installed and delete the hp printer that instantly fixes the problem

Jun 21, 2015 11:33 PM in response to xandercbby Maria BA,I have the same problem, and i tried to delete the HP server. Did it by dragging it to the trashcan though and emptying it afterwards, i do not know if that was the way to do it properly, but the problem is still there, it is using 363.8% of CPU, cannot be shut down, and the fans are making noise like crazy. There is another program too, Inkjet 4, from the same user, that cannot be shut down either.

Jun 22, 2015 12:25 AM in response to chiragvoraby Maria BA,OK i have found a solution. To anyone struggling with the same problem as me: You also have to find the HP printer by clicking on the apple icon in the top left corner, click on System preferences and then find the icon Printers and Fax, then click on the HP printer icon and click -
Then the program that you could not delete and the noise from the fans are gone
