Q: After using FaceTime I can't make "classic" calls

After make FaceTime call I can't make "classic" calls, when I choose number I got message "connection failed" (or something similar) until i enter *#31# in caller (it unblocking classic calls, but only to next facetime connection). iPhone 5s, current iOS.

iPhone 5s, iOS 8.3

Sounds like a carrier problem. Contact your carrier.

For now if the person you are contacting has an iPhone, audio call.

All calls are blocked, not only with people with iPhone. I've checked all of those settings and tricks. So I have to contact my carrier.
