Q: erorr 3194

My iphone 5cmodel A1428 got a troble..it was freezed while i tried to upgrade ios.since then my phone was always restart after open camera.So i tried to restore in itune without back up but it brought eror 3194 and 3014.now it doesn't work after brought erorr and i dont remember what was its iOS. I need ur help

iPhone 5c, iOS 8.1
