My husband uploaded some video footage from an SD card. He saw it appear on the photos screen and then wiped the card and deleted it from trash. Can't find them anywhere! Are they gone for good?

MY husband downloaded some video footage from an SD and saw it all pop up on the screen. He then wiped the card and deleted it from the trash. Now they have completely disappeared! Please help Steve, he us in lot of trouble right now.

iOS doesn't run on Macs. Plus you posted to the pre-2006 Mac operating system forum. That said though, there is always a chance you might be able to recover data with one of the tools in this tip:
