Q: Hi. My iMac is not starting up it keeps rebooting what i mean is that when i press the power key it shows the logo on the gray screen and then turns off and does the sane thing again Help please

Hi thank you very much for replying but my problem isnt really starting up the imac. It does turn on but keeps rebooting i have tried to put it in safe mode like some sites say but its not working my imac simply wont go in safe mode i have no idea why and im desperate

It sounds like a RAM or other hardware problem.

If you checked the RAM according to step 6, then you will need to contact your local AASP according to step 7.

I didd reset the rams and after running the apple hardware test turns out i need a new hard drive lol
