Any ideas on how to sort my iPhone 5s that does its own thing without me touching screen, screen also unresponsive and keypad types letters that I do not press!!
it also makes and tells me of incoming calls which I don't make!! I have tried soft and hard restores and also factory settings but none of these have worked?

i have have tried to restore this phone from a back up and also as a new phone but thr issues remain .
THe phone will call or FaceTime people from my contacts list without me pressing those buttons. It also injects text when typing and the only way to get out of this screen is to hold down the power and home button at the same time, however the problems reoccur a few mins later, this I'd driving my mad so please help regards Pedro

Callied the GB phone number and was told I may need to pay £25, not happy about paying for support !!!
is there no free support online??

Phone has mind of its own, tried restoring and resetting even as new Iphone but problems still exist
