Talk to Canon about it?
Are you using Photoshop?

You should be able to import the files and work with them via a 3rd party utility.

Or shoot in JPG until the issue is resolved?

According to this OS X Yosemite: Supported digital camera RAW formats - Apple Support from Apple Support, Canon EOS Mark III 5D is supported (it is listed partway down the page, you need to scroll down for a bit).

The EOS Mark III 5D is a different camera. Canon released the mirrorless EOS M3 in April and I believe it was not released in the US but only in Europe. It is already supported by Adobe but not natively by Apple. Perhaps best question is when will Apple support the EOS M3.
