Q: iPhone to SoundBar help. Bluetooth

I used to be able to connect my iPhone to my SoundBar from my TV before I moved in my new house. After I moved I can't get it to connect to the SoundBar anymore. I don't know what I'm doing different. Windows is able to search and find the SoundBar with no problem but I can't get my iPhone to find either of them.

So far I click on Settings, then Bluetooth, it's switched to ON. On Devices just shows the search wheel going around and around. It's not even detecting my computer.

What am I doing wrong?

iPhone 4S, iOS 8.3

Hello NadrianATRS,

It sounds like you are having trouble even finding your SoundBars bluetooth signal on your iPhone. I think the best thing to do here is to use the troubleshooting in this article to help you out:

Get help connecting your iOS device with a Bluetooth accessory

I already did these things. If there was anything wrong with the Soundbar device, my computer wouldn't be able to find it. It's just the iPhone that doesn't find it.
