I can't boot into my windows after resizing my partition

I'm running OS X 10.10.3 & Windows 7 Home Premium x64

iMac 27 Inch Late 2012 model

I need more space on my windows partition so i decreased the size of my mac partition from 800gb to 675. After this was done i was going to boot into my windows partition and expand it using minitool wizard. I tried this once before and it worked fine but this time my windows partition disappeared once i decreased the size of my mac partition. I did this without backing up any of my windows files and i now i'm worried they might be lost. I tried to fix it using this information i found in this threadI can't boot to Windows after resizing my Mac partition.

I tried some commands in terminal and now the windows partition shows up once i re boot and use the option key but it says the operating system is missing. I had some really important files on my windows partition and i might not be able to replace them. Is there any way i can i get it back to normal ? I apologize if my post lacks detail it's just that i'm not really good at solving issues like these.

Can you post the output of the following Terminal commands?

diskutil list

diskutil cs list

sudo gpt -vv -r show /dev/disk0

sudo fdisk /dev/disk0

The "sudo" commands will prompt for your password, and it will not be echoed back. You may also see a warning about improper use of "sudo" and potential data loss due to "abuse" of the command.

i entered the commands and these are my results.

diskutil list-

diskutil cs list

sudo gpt -vv -r show /dev/disk0

sudo fdisk /dev/disk0

The large gap between GPT3 and GPT4 has a lost NTFS header that we need to find this gap.

Can you use Unable to boot windows bootcamp after updating to yosemite as a reference and download Testdisk and GPT Fdisk and start a Testdisk scan?

This can take a while. Once you get to the first screen which has the list of recoverable partitions, please post a screen shot.

Here is a table with the most likely candidate. You may lose about 19GB disk space between Recovery HD and Windows. You will also end up with a large gap after the NTFS partition. Is your Windows partition about 140+ GB?

The first MS Data entry is inside OSX part, so it is not valid. The two EFI sectors are too small to be Windows. The fourth MS Data is the best candidate. Can you scroll down to the MS Data starting at 1357711368 use 'P' to list files and post a screen shot.
