How could I pair several remotes to the same Apple Tv
You can only pair a single remote.
Pairing makes the AppleTV only respond to a particular remote generating a specific code. It ignores others with different codes.
If however you unpair any paired remote (hold menu and back arrow on any of them for 6 secs until you see a broken link on screen) the AppleTV will work with any available unpaired remote by default.
