Q: change the app store country without credit card detail

hi,

 

i have used US appstore with out creditcard detail to download free stuffs. but when i moved to saudi arabia i purchased CAMERA + Applicaation by using SAUDI CREDIT Card. now the problem is i can't able come back to US app store with out credit card detail. please help me to get over this problem. because compare to saudi app store US app store got alot of application and free stuff including micrsoft word, excel, power point. which is not availble in saudi store.

    - I have a USA iTunes store account WITHOUT a credit card on file, which I've been using for a few years now

    - I wanted to buy an app  so i changed the itunes store to Sri Lanka because my credit card billing address was Sri Lanka. so I changed my iTunes store account to Sri Lanka.

    - I successfully bought the app and want to change the country to USA again

    - When I do, it's asking for a credit card, which I don't have. The "none" option is gone

    Is there a way to change it back? I really need to because my all purchased apps associated with US Store.
