2 bluetooth headphones connected at same time?

I have an iPad Air 2 and my partner and I would like to watch the same movie on my iPad. We have 2 sets of bluetooth headphones, can an iPad have 2 headphone devices connected at the same time with movie sound played to both devices?

If this can be done, how can I accomplish this? I already know how to pair bluetooth devices, but from there, I do not know.

Thank you.
