None of the podcasts that I subscribe to are downloading at all. I know it;s not the wifi network at home, because they won;t download over the work wifi too.
Anyone else experiencing this? This is on multiple & different podcasts and through the iOS 8.3 app.

Something has broken in the Podcast download process. I have this problem too on an iPhone 6. I find that if I power off and back on while near my wifi it resets and downloads. But it will break again after a little while. It seems to happen mostly when there are several podcasts backed up if I have been off the network for a while.
Try restarting your Phone. It worked for me.
